1. General

• By booking or participating in any class, workshop, or event with Suns Out Skates Out, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

• Suns Out Skates Out reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

2. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings must be made through our official channels (website, social media, or direct contact).

• Full payment is required to secure your spot in any class, workshop, or event. No spots will be reserved without payment.

• Payments are non-refundable once the term, workshop, or event has started, except in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of Suns Out Skates Out.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

• Term Programs: You may cancel and reschedule up to two missed classes per term by attending another Learn to Skate session within the same term. This option does not apply to Dance Skate classes, workshops, or other special events.

• Workshops and Events: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled workshop or event to be eligible for rescheduling or a credit. No refunds or rescheduling options will be offered for cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance.

• Weather and Other Unforeseen Circumstances: In the event of class cancellations due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, Suns Out Skates Out will offer a rescheduled class or a credit towards future sessions. No refunds will be provided.

4. Attendance and Punctuality

• Please arrive on time for your class. Late arrivals may not be able to participate, depending on the nature of the class and at the discretion of the instructor.

• Suns Out Skates Out is not responsible for any missed classes due to late arrival or failure to attend.

5. Health and Safety

• All participants must wear appropriate safety gear (e.g., helmets, knee pads, elbow pads) during skating sessions.

• You are responsible for your own safety and well-being during classes. Suns Out Skates Out and its instructors are not liable for any injuries sustained during participation.

• Please inform the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to participating in any class or event.

6. Age Restrictions

• Participants must meet the minimum age requirements for each class, as stated in the class description.

• For minors, a parent or guardian’s consent is required for participation.

7. Code of Conduct

• Respectful behavior towards instructors and fellow participants is expected at all times.

• Suns Out Skates Out reserves the right to remove any participant from a class or event without a refund if they display disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.

8. Media Release

• By participating in Suns Out Skates Out classes or events, you agree to the use of photos or videos taken during the session for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be included, please notify the instructor or organizer before the class begins.

9. Personal Property

• Suns Out Skates Out is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal property brought to classes or events.

10. Liability Waiver

• Participation in any skating class, workshop, or event is at your own risk. By participating, you agree to waive any claims against Suns Out Skates Out, its instructors, and affiliates for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred.

11. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Suns Out Skates Out operates.

By booking and participating in Suns Out Skates Out activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
