Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy - Drop In Classes
At Suns Out Skates Out, we understand that life can be unpredictable. To ensure everyone has the best experience possible, we’ve implemented the following cancellation and rescheduling policy for our skate classes:
Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your class, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your spot to another skater on the waitlist.
Rescheduling: Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice are eligible for rescheduling. We’ll work with you to find a suitable alternative class within the current term or the next available session.
No-Show or Late Cancellation: Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class, or no-shows, will not be eligible for rescheduling or a refund.
What happens if I miss a class during the term?
For term program bookings: If you need to miss a class, you're allowed to make up two classes by attending another Learn to Skate session within the same term. This option is only available for Learn to Skate classes and does not apply to other types of skating classes, such as Dance Skate or workshops.
Can I get a refund if I can’t attend the rest of the term?
We don't offer refunds once the term has started, but you can still attend the remaining classes or use the makeup policy for up to two missed sessions.
What happens if a class is canceled due to weather or other reasons?
If we have to cancel a class, you’ll be notified as soon as possible and offered a rescheduled class or a credit towards future sessions.
